FO Friday!

Finished my Reversible-Cabled Brioche Scarf....love working with Malabrigo...it's so squishy and yummy and just a joy to work with! Awesome pattern too! This will go great with my orange crocs! The colorway is called Tiger Lily...so pretty and bright!

I've spun two spools of this merino roving and getting ready to ply them together. Merino is a dream to work with...so soft and scrumptious! Love the colors too. I got this from a friend of mine who dyes rovings and this was part of her boo boo stuff...you can imagine how awesome her good stuff is if this is her bad! She has an etsy store too if you want to get some of her fabulous rovings....FreckleFaceFibers! She also has a group on Ravelry! I joined a group on Ravelry that challenges you either to dye or spin...make yarn everyday for the month of April...so awesome seeing what others are doing. I can't get enough fiber!:) There's some great fiber sites at Alpaca Farm Girls site too!

Today is my maternal grandmothers birthday...Happy 78th Birthday! Going to celebrate it this weekend together!

Your scarf is very beautiful! I love the color. It will indeed look great with orange crocs!
I would love to learn to spin, but still have not taken the plunge. It looks like you are doing great, and I'm enjoying the photos that you share.
